Shipping Policy

1. We ship all orders through USPS

2. Processing time is 1-2 business days

3. Order shipping time is 3-5 business days

3. We do not ship internationally

4. You will receive an email with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information.

5. Trendznstuff is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Return Policy

You have the option to receive a refund or exchange on unworn, unused, and undamaged items. Please include the original invoice when returning or exchanging the item. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.

We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned items.

Trendznstuff is not responsible for any damages after 30 days of successful delivery.

Please include in your email the original order number and the item/s you are requesting to return.

Refund Processing Policy

Once your item/s are received and inspected, you will receive an email notification when we process your return. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

There are certain situations where refunds are granted.

1. The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the detail page.
2. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (please provide proof).
3. The estimated delivery time of the order has expired

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
